As Thomas Lim said last year, doing a conference in these days is
insane for many reasons, but the main one is: It's not profitable.

There are plenty of conferences around the world every month and each
want to be (and probably are) unique in their own way.

Infiltrate is unique in his own way too: It's at the perfect time of
the year, the venue is generally really good and it has the right
amount of attendants such as you feel comfortable enough to talk the
person next to you.

But in the short life of Infiltrate, i think we can be very proud of a
couple of things, one of them is obviously the quality of our talk,
which is the main reason why people generally attend conferences,
right? (Not for the free ipad) and the other one are the keynote.

Last year we have a really good combination. Our keynote speakers
(Thomas/Andrew) both where coming from opposite sides of the field
but when you see the big picture, there was see a dialectic between
the two of them.

I'm very honor to announce our next 2013 keynote speaker: Stephen
Watt. You probably know him for his famous talk at defcon 10 [1], or
the articles on popular magazines [2] and the whole FreeStephen
movement [3].
He is one of the wittiest mind of our scene (specially because he left
it) and i'm pretty sure we all going to enjoy his first-hand
experience (about the legal system, snitches and running a book club
in prison).
