[Dailydave] IT Security Level in Africa-precisely Ivory Coast

I'm a young african IT Security Specialist and I would like to share with
everyone there the level of my continent, precisely in my Country(Ivory
Coast) the level that we've reached in IT Security.
In Ivory coast, I can say that IT Security it's something that just born.
For example when I was in charge of the Security Audit of my government
website in 2012, My team and I saw that:
- 52 % of their website are vulnerable to Application error message
- 29 % vulnerable to XSS
- 2% SQL Injection

It looks like people doesn't care about IT Security and seriously, it's
very dangerous.
