according to a new Snowden release , in the same document that mentions
their teamed up developers use "SCube" as the build environment as i was
reading through the following question popped up :

some of the requirements NSA made clear their developers must have are
defined within the realm of Reverse engineering and sometimes they
actually mention companies like a famous hard disk manufacturer . i
happen to know this company has a policy to sue whoever reverse engineer
their binary software . so now that the NSA's big cat is out of the
basket is it possible for a U.S firm to sue the govt ? i'd like to get
answers and perspectives from the dudes who are familiar with U.S Law
and reverse engineering Claims .

now that Snowden is famous and shit..as i am planning to watch this new
docu called citizen4 or foul or something..are these revelations can be
taken to a U.S or intl court as evidence of crime or perhaps conspiracy
of some sort ? is there some good read piece out there to take a look
written from both hacker and lawyer perspectives analyzing this "thing"
?

Regards
