[Dailydave] Anonymous-group-redphones

People think the idea of a group-based anonymous redphone is a little
weird when it comes to norms for state actors in the cyber realm. It is not.

In fact, there already is one, for those of you who have not caught up
yet: This list.

Dailydave has a very large audience. But when you email it, you also
immediately reach the Iranians, the 5Eyes, the French, Italians and
Germans, the Chinese (who translate every message and distro internally,
and I've met the person who does this or at least claims to), and of
course several other countries. And occasionally they even post.

But it would be nicer if there was a more official version, with
stronger security guarantees than mailman.py. :)
