The STALKER services have been restored, you should be able to upload
again Pcap's through the web interface or through SILICA.

It turned out that we had the STALKER server in the same physical
cluster with some other servers, one of which was very resource
hungry. As a result this ended increasing the load and causing
problems in the entire cluster. We promptly isolated the server and
everything started working again.
