DNA hacking vs. mind reading hacking - which will win?

I suppose the use cases will differ - DNA hacking to reconstruct faces
won't require a witness, while surgery could significantly alter actual
appearances such that tapping into living recording devices would be more
accurate as an ID tool.

enough and complete enough (and covert enough) that a complete family

DNA databases are almost by definition hugely scary. I don't know if
they qualify as "cyber weapons" in and of themselves, but they're close.
