code and data are not the only role players of a hack or cyber
aggression . i suppose when we are quoting a monk , bits of philosophy
in a tech mail list is tolerable , particularly when it meets the edgy
developments of string theory . in short , Yamani "wisdom" or as in
Farsi we call him by original nameفلسفه میرعماد has a view on this issue
. in short it circulate around a verse of Koran that says یوتی الحکمه من
یشا و من یوت الحکمه فقد اوتی خیرا کثیرا . this is the essence of "Human
Element" of the game . "Hekmah" (deep wisdom beyond common knowledge )
can not be regulated and no license is going to control and "govern" a
game involving intelligent human intention to break out of a
civilization to protect another one . the art of dealing with
intelligent or average stupid commonly under humint umbrella builds
power around حکمه not retard registration forms . a while ago in this
list somebody named bas said something about somewhere hackers have shit
to do . the statement was too smart i suppose there were many retweets .
the last part of the quoted verse says whoever is given the wisdom is
given the best of the bests ( my translation )
